Secure Packaging

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks, it is packed in plastic zip lock/pouches or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery.

The packaged products come in a Shritara Jewellery Box.

Trusted Shipping

After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, and E-com Express to ensure we deliver your jewellery securely and on time.

International orders are shipped through trusted global logistics partners such as FedEx and DHL.

Please Note: In case you suspect that the package may have been tampered with before delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.

Happy Unboxing

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same.

It usually takes 1–5 business days for domestic orders to get delivered and 5–10 working days for international orders. The delivery timeline may vary depending on your location and other operational factors.

Standard Shipping Charges At Shritara

We offer two payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for orders between Rs. 1,499/- and Rs. 4,999/-.
  • A COD handling fee of Rs. 199/- will be applied to all COD orders.
  • Orders below Rs. 1,499/- are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.
  • Orders above Rs. 5,000/- are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.

Prepaid Orders

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 1,499/-.
  • A shipping charge of Rs. 99/- will be applied to prepaid orders below Rs. 1,499/-.
