At Shritara, we are committed to offering a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

14-Day Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

Ensure your product qualifies: unused and undamaged, in original packaging, with all tags, certificates, invoices, and accessories. Items with wear, scratches, damage, or missing components are not eligible.

  1. Fill in your order number along with your contact number and email address.
  2. Select the unused products that you would like to return.
  3. Click pictures of the products you are returning and upload them.
  4. Request Return Shipping from Shritara and submit your request.

The return shipment will be scheduled to the place where the products were initially delivered, and our delivery partner will examine the products at the time of pick-up.

Offline orders cannot be returned online.

Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customised, engraved, or personalised jewellery.
  • Made-to-order pieces.
  • Sale or final-price items (where stated).
  • Orders missing complimentary or promotional free gifts.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and item details.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive pickup or return instructions.
  4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging for return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Processing Time: 7–10 business days
Refund Method: Original payment mode or store credit (where applicable)

If the returned item does not pass inspection, it will be shipped back to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within the same 14-day return window.

  • Price differences (if any) will be adjusted at checkout.
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos for verification.

We will arrange a replacement after review.

One-Time Return Policy

Each order is eligible for one return or exchange request only.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can request cancellation of the order by emailing us at care@shritara.shop.

If the order has already been shipped, simply reject and return the products at the time of delivery.
